She holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, and a Science in Design Certification focused on wellness in the home, equipping her to confidently guide both buyers and sellers through every step of the process. Grounded in honesty, integrity, and grit, Sylvia brings a wealth of experience spanning residential real estate appraisal, home loan origination, interior design, and property management.
